Liquid Nutritional Supplements

Nutritional supplements are available with a health professionals prescription to individuals who may have a poor appetite, are recovering from surgery, need to gain weight or simply are not able to eat a diet adequate in nutrition. The Aging & Disability Resource Center has available cases of Ensure Plus. Each case has 24, 8 oz. bottles that contain 350 calories, 13 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbohydrates.  Flavors available in chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.  Cost is $19.00 per case. Sample bottles  available at the Aging & Disability Resource Center and at the Augusta Senior Center.

Delivery service is available to people age 60 and older and who live in Eau Claire County.
