County Government Video Series
Eau Claire County and Chippewa Valley Community Television have collaborated on the production of a 13-part series highlighting the various public services provided by Eau Claire County government. To enhance public understanding and awareness, each 30-minute program focuses on a different service area provided by Eau Claire County.
Gregg Moore, Eau Claire County Board Chair, acknowledged the excellent cooperation among Community Television staff, County Board Supervisors and County staff in the planning and production of the Your County Government Series. "We hope to strengthen public understanding of how county government works to protect public safety, health and economic security and fulfill its other responsibilities," Moore said.
The thirteen service areas featured in the County Government Series include Law Enforcement; Court Services; Health Department; Human Services; Transportation; Parks and Forest; UW-Extension; Aging and Disability Resource Center/Veterans Services; Planning and Development; Human Resources; Budget and Finance; Administration and Other Services; and County Elected Officers' Services.
