Client Rights
All clients of the Department have certain rights and responsibilities in accordance with Wisconsin State Law. These rights and responsibilities can be found in the client responsibilities and client rights brochure.
If you wish to file a complaint/grievance with the Department, please refer to the "Grievance Resolution Process Form" and the "Complaint Screening Form". Please fill out the "Complaint Screening Form" and return it to the Department, attention: Sue Schleppenbach.
