NOTICE OF EAU CLAIRE COUNTY

REAL ESTATE SALE

SPRING 2017

BID AWARDS FOR PENDING SALES WERE MADE AT THE COUNTY BOARD MEETING  JUNE 20, 2017.  ONCE PROPERTIES ARE PAID FOR IN FULL THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PAGE.  ANY PROPERTIES THAT DO NOT HAVE PENDING SALES CAN BE PURCHASED OUTRIGHT FOR THE MINIMUM BID PRICE.

 ALL TAX DEED PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS".  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO DETERMINE ANY DEFECTS IN TITLE OR PROPERTY. 

BIDS will be received in the office of the COUNTY CLERK, Eau Claire County Courthouse 721 Oxford Ave. Eau Claire, WI  54703,  Room 3350 for the purchase of the following tax title properties and other land pursuant to Section 75.69 Wis. Stats.  All bids must be submitted on bid forms available in the County Clerk's Office or on the website.  ALL BIDS must be for, or greater than, the minimum bid amount listed on each parcel.  A deposit of ten percent (10%) cash or check payable to Eau Claire County must accompany each bid.  All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older.  The bids will be reviewed by the Finance and Budget Committee and awarded by the County Board.  Eau Claire County will issue a Quit Claim Deed to successful bidders.  Sale closing will be scheduled by the County Clerk's Office.  For additional information on each parcel and a bid sheet go to http://www.co.eau-claire.wi.us/  How Do I… --> View… -->Tax Deed Sales  or call 715-839-4801 if you have further questions or for an appt. to view any of the properties.
