|Eau Claire County Jail|
|1.||Permanent residence. All other adult residents must agree to your participation.|
|2.||Have a cellular phone, that includes unlimited talk/test and a data plan.|
|3.||Current with all Huber fees (if applicable)|
|4.||Have $394 on account at date of set up ($100 for set up and $294 for first two weeks fees). Accounts must have a positive balance at all times. Fees are $21 per day. For sentences of 14 days or less you must check with the EM Officer for total amount required.|
|5.||Submit to random Urine Analysis (approx. once a week) and Preliminary Breath Test. In addition to standard drug testing Urine Analysis may be used to test for alcohol, synthetic THC, and other substances.|
|6.||Follow all city, county, state, and federal laws and ordinances (including valid vehicle insurance if driving) throughout your supervision.|
|7.||Must complete an assessment with Community Transition Center (unless already accepted into an Eau Claire County Treatment Court or JRI Program) and a COMPAS assessment. Reasonable efforts must be made to follow/complete any recommended programs/treatment. You also must sign a Release of Information allowing Electronic Monitoring staff access to these assessments.|
|8.||If convicted of OWI and intending to get an Occupational License you must complete Alcohol Assessment and have Ignition Interlock installed as required by DOT. Reasonable efforts must be made to follow/complete any recommended programs/treatment. You also must sign a Release of Information allowing Electronic Monitoring staff access to these assessments.|
|9.||Consent to background check (including criminal history, jail behavior, driving records, etc.)|
|10.||Success/failure in other court programs (current and past cases) will be strongly factored into decision. These programs include pre-trial program, community service, IDIP, probation, treatment courts, JRI, etc.|
AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFIERS FROM CONSIDERATION*
|1.||Serving violent felony conviction|
|2.||Serving child support sentence|
|3.||Serving felony drug conviction|
|4.||Serving sex offense conviction|
|5.||Placement on SORP registry|
|6.||Felony domestic Violence conviction (current or past)|
|7.||Multiple felony OWI convictions or OWI causing injury/death|
|8.||Felony transfer cases|
|*||Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances. Acceptance/denial of participation is based on totality of circumstances. Decision is made by Electronic Monitoring Officer. Appeals must follow established jail due process procedure starting with initial appeal to Jail Lieutenant.|
