The Eau Claire County Board of Supervisors and Department Heads recently held a series of strategic planning sessions to develop the 2016-2018 County Strategic Plan.  The supervisors and department heads created top strategic priorities, core values and ways to measure the progress of success.  They used the PEST analysis design to create the strategic priorities. 2016-2018 Eau Claire Co.
