How & Where to Recycle Specific Materials
Construction and Demolition Debris
Roofing shingles may now be recycled! Senn Blacktop has received permits from the DNR to accept shingles for recycling at their facility located at 12154 40th Ave in Lake Hallie. This is a few blocks west of State Highway 124. There is a fee of $30 per ton with a minimum fee of $30. (Note: this is less than the minimum to take items to Veolia Seven Mile Creek Landfill.) They are open Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or by appointment. Their phone number is 715-723-8527.
Red Flint (formerly American Materials) accepts asphalt and cement without rebar at their yard located at 717 Short St in Eau Claire. There is a fee of $15 per load. They are open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday during the summer from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Their number is 715-855-7750.
General construction and demolition debris materials including concrete, wood, siding, brick, shingles, windows, plaster, and masonry may be landfilled at Veolia Seven Mile Creek landfill on County Q 715-830-0284. A fee is charged.
