The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) is the oversight agency for the new Wisconsin Carrying Concealed Weapon (CCW) law. Information is available on their website including a pamphlet for the public that provides many questions and answers about the new law.
Where can I apply for a CCW license?
License applications are available from, and are to be submitted, to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
