Foreclosure Sales

The Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office holds property foreclosure sales on designated Tuesdays at 11:00 am. These sales are held at the main entrance (Oxford Avenue) of the Eau Claire County Courthouse. This is a public sale and anyone is welcome to bid, providing the successful bidder will have the required cash at the time of the sale. For more information, all sales are posted inside the front entrance of the courthouse in the glass box marked Legal Notices.

Successful bidders on a foreclosure property will find additional information on the "Foreclosure Sales Basic Information for Successful Bidders" handout, from the Eau Claire County Clerk of Courts.
