2017 County Budget Survey
Eau Claire County is requesting your input, please take a moment to complete the 2017 Budget Survey
Citizen input and opinion of the importance and priority of county programs are of great interest to the Committee on Finance and Budget. The Committee intends to use the results of this survey as one of their tools in developing the proposed 2017 Eau Claire County budget for consideration by the County Board of Supervisors in November.
County Budget Public Listening Sessions Announced
The Eau Claire County Committee on Finance and Budget will conduct two public listening sessions regarding the county budget for 2017. The sessions will be held as follows:
Thursday, July 28, 2016 – 6:15 PM
City Hall, Augusta, Wisconsin
Thursday, August 11, 2016 – 6:30 PM
LE Phillips Senior Center Eau Claire, WI
The listening sessions allow citizens of the county to express opinions on any aspect of county operations affecting the budget. Eau Claire County will again be faced with potential cuts in programs and services in order to prepare a balanced budget for 2017. Public input is considered part of the process and the Committee encourages public participation at these listening sessions.
