The Dementia Care Specialist can help to address your current situation and plan for the future, including advance care plans and connections to legal and financial planning experts, safety concerns, adult day services, supportive home care agencies, etc.

Alzheimer's Family Caregiver Support Program (AFCSP)

Funds through AFCSP are made available to assist caregivers to purchase goods and services related to the care of someone with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Alzheimer's Family Caregiver Support Program flyer here

 The DICE Approach (Describe, Investigate, Create, Evaluate)

Dice is a complementary program to help caregivers manage behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia. Sessions will include activities to give caregivers a better understanding of the causes and how to apply the DICE approach when behaviors occur.
