THE TIME TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR THIS SALE HAS PASSED.  BIDS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE WILL BE OPENED AND REVIEWED BY THE FINANCE AND BUDGET COMMITTEE.  THE HIGH BIDDERS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE COUNTY BOARD FOR APPROVAL ON JULY 16TH, 2019. 

ANY UNSOLD PROPERTIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OUTRIGHT FOR THE MINIMUM BID PRICE.  CONTACT THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE FOR DETAILS.

 

ALL TAX DEED PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS".  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO DETERMINE ANY DEFECTS IN TITLE OR PROPERTY.

 SEALED BIDS will be received in the office of the COUNTY CLERK, Eau Claire County Courthouse 721 Oxford Ave. Eau Claire, WI  54703,  Room 3350 through Monday June 24, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. for the purchase of the following tax title properties and other land pursuant to Section 75.69 Wis.
