The Committee on Human Resources shall be responsible for the departmental policy and oversight of:
Human Resources Department
The committee shall act as the collective bargaining representative of the county board and shall oversee the Human Resources Director.
Act as the grievance committee for union and non-represented employees.
Advise the chairperson of the board on all appointments and advise the board on calendar changes.
